With a budget of 4 hours, your customers can call us or arrange a web session to answer any concrete questions they have on their scheduler. This time is valid for up to 12 months after purchase.
Health-check up
After the 12 months passed, we will be available for an extra hour to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Visual Scheduling Academy
Currently only available for all Visual Advanced Production Schedulers users. From here everyone can learn at their own pace on how to use the VAPS. The user can repeat and review the videos as desired for 12 months.
It’s important to point out that, although new, this package has given early customers great results. As in today, all customers who bet on it kept using their extension. In other words, we get them started and you keep them going.
Wait, so, what’s the catch? We have to charge for it.
So, think about it this way: the customer needs the last push, they are confident a Gantt chart will help them, but you’re new to the business or to work with us. All you have to do is offer the implementation through NETRONIC as part of your proposal. It’s that simple. The customer takes the course and you, as your partner attend all sessions. Fact is, at the end of the course not only your customer will be ready to use the Extensions, but you as well. Odds are, that you will also be ready to keep selling our extensions as part of your portfolio.
