NETRONIC Inside: We Refurbish (Foto Impressions)!
| 19. July 2012 | Posted by Martin Karlowitsch under Company News |
After an extensive decision making and planning process, we started to refurbish our entire offices this week. All renovation works are planned to go hand-in-hand with our peoples’ summer vacations so that we (hopefully) manage to minimize the impact on the daily operations.
Well, some people may feel that the “old” offices still did their jobs and have worked well for the past 10 or even 20 years. Admittedly, they are not wrong
However, I personally feel that a state-of-the art, modern, refurbished and – not to forget! – cleant-up and well structured working place can (significantly, and often overlooked) contribute to employees’ satisfaction, motivation and productivity.
Hence, I am really pleased that we finally got this big project going and am curious to see the NETRONIC offices and building change over the next couple of weeks. From time to time I will provide you with an insight into “NETRONIC inside” – trying to (then) let the fotos speak by themselves; like below where you can see what happened this week to one of our Sales offices …

Tuesday: removing the old carpet 01

Tuesday: removing the old carpet 02

Thursday morning: Laying the carpet

Thursday afternoon: Almost done. Tomorrow, people will work here again!
